About This Product

Flexible, high opacity white binder for dark colored fabrics

■Applications

Stretch fabric made of cotton, T/C (Tetron/cotton) blend, and N/C blend.

■Features

White binder, high whiteness

■Settings

・Conch special white RB: 1kg, 5kg, 15kg ・Conch white RB-4: 1kg, 5kg, 20kg ・Fastness enhancer F (quick drying): 0.5ℓ ・Crosmin color 10 standard colors 500g each Yellow, orange, special red, crimson, pink, purple, navy, blue, green, black, 6 fluorescent colors 1kg each Yellow, orange, red, pink, blue, green

■Printing plate

- Polyester #70 to #80 is suitable for the screen. - Select an emulsion that is water resistant or water resistant and solvent resistant. - If you are printing a large number of copies, please use urethane reinforcement or waterproof reinforcement.

■Printing

・To prevent the fabric from moving during printing, firmly attach it to the printing table coated with textile bond. ・If you want to lower the viscosity of the ink, add 0.5 to 2.0% of catalyst. - If you want to increase the viscosity of the ink, add 0.5 to 1.0% thickener and stir thoroughly. ・If the room temperature is high or you are concerned about clogging, add 3 to 5% anti-clogging agent. ・Please use a soft type squeegee with a rubber hardness of 55 to 68°. Minourethane red/green and minoprene green are the best for our products.
