About This Product

An instant binder for pigment printing that provides an extremely flexible texture and vivid colors.

■Applications

cotton, toweling

■Features

-Can be used for all types of pile fabrics, Japanese hand towels, etc. ・Produces highly uniform prints with excellent penetration into the fibers. - Excellent printing suitability with less clogging of the printing plate.

■Settings

・Towel binder A: 15kg ・Fastness enhancer F: 0.5ℓ ・Crosmin color 10 standard colors 500g each Yellow, orange, special red, crimson, pink, purple, navy, blue, green, black, 6 fluorescent colors 1kg each Yellow, orange, red, pink, blue, green

■Combination example (weight ratio)

・Flag binder: 100 ・Crosmin color: ~3 ・Fastness enhancer F: 2-3

■Printing plate

- Tetron #70 to #80 is suitable for the screen. ・Please select a water-resistant emulsion.

■Drying

140℃×3 minutes

■Cleaning agent

Aqua M Cleaner 1.8kg
