About This Product

Heat treated to make it highly flexible and form a gorgeous three-dimensional pattern, also effective in preventing slipping.

■Applications

Foam binders for cloth, leather, paper, etc.

■Features

Hot press 150℃ x 10 seconds, baking 130℃ x 2 minutes

■Settings

・Foam binder: 800g, 5kg, 17kg ・Fastness enhancer F: 0.5ℓ ・Crosmin color 10 standard colors 500g each Yellow, orange, special red, crimson, pink, purple, navy, blue, green, black, 6 fluorescent colors 1kg each Yellow, orange, red, pink, blue, green

■Printing plate

・Please use polyester #90 or less for the screen. - Select an emulsion that is water resistant or water resistant and solvent resistant. - If you are printing a large number of copies, please reinforce the plate with urethane or water resistance.

■Printing

・To prevent the fabric from moving during printing, firmly attach it to the printing table coated with textile bond. ・If you want to lower the viscosity of the ink, add 0.5 to 2.0% of catalyst. - If you want to increase the viscosity of the ink, add 0.5 to 1.0% thickener and stir thoroughly. - If the room temperature is high or you are concerned about clogging, add 3-5% of clogging prevention agent. ・Please use a soft type squeegee with a rubber hardness of 55 to 68°. Minourethane red/green and minoprene green are the best for our products.

■Cleaning the plate

After printing, quickly spray water onto the plate and wipe it off with a cloth soaked in water. Once dried, the ink will not dissolve in water, so wipe it off with a cloth soaked in Aqua M cleaner. If it still does not dissolve, apply Aqua NY Cleaner to both sides of the printing plate, leave it for 1 to 2 minutes, and then wipe it off with a cloth in the same way.

■Drying

・After printing, leave it at room temperature or dry it to the touch with low-temperature warm air before heating it for foaming. ・130℃ x 3 minutes for tunnel drying or dry rack oven drying, and 140℃ x 10 seconds for hot press.
