■About the formulation

・The binder is the main ingredient, and coloring is done by mixing it with the appropriate colors. To achieve a standard color density, use a ratio of 8 to 10 parts of the color to 100 parts of the amount of binder. -Light colors can be easily produced by reducing the mixing ratio of colors. For convenience of explanation, colored ink is a mixture of binder and color. ・In order to improve fastness, be sure to mix 2-3% of "fastness enhancer F" into color ink. Please use up colored inks mixed with "fastness enhancer F" within the same day. - In particular, if you want the ink to penetrate into the fabric, when mixing the ``penetrant conc type'' into the color ink as an undiluted solution, mix it in at 1.5% or less, and when using it diluted 1:1 with water, mix it in at 3% or less. ・Back side printing (bleed through) Printing is done by making a waste print on the "sponge mat or ground fabric" spread on the printing stand, and then placing the fabric to be printed on top of it for final printing. ・Please use up colored ink mixed with "penetrant conch type" within the same day. ・Crosmin color can be used by simply mixing the color with the binder, but if you want to soften the viscosity, you can add a small amount of water. -Adjust the viscosity with water to a maximum of 5%. If you want to lower the viscosity by adding a small amount, please use a catalyst. The maximum amount added is 3%. Conversely, if you want to increase the viscosity, add a thickener up to 0.5%. - If colored ink tends to clog easily, mix approximately 1% of "clogging prevention agent" into the ink.
