About This Product

Water-based ink for soft and stretchy textiles such as leotards and knit fabrics.

■Applications

- Suitable for ski wear, casual wear, stretchable leotards, swimming wear, etc. made of processed yarn fibers. -Can be used for a wide range of purposes, including rubber wetsuits, urethane sheets, and soft sponge-like materials.

■Features

・It has excellent elasticity and is glossy. ・There is no tack on the surface and it has excellent blocking resistance. ・As it is a non-formalin water-based type, it can be handled safely. ・It has excellent washing fastness and can withstand dry cleaning and ironing.

■Settings (two-component reaction type with binder system)

・Aqua PEX: Glossy clear binder 800g ・Aqua PEX (W): White binder 800g ・Aqua P hardening agent: 100g, 1kg ・Crossmin color: 10 standard colors 500g each Yellow, orange, special red, crimson, pink, purple, navy blue, blue, green, black, 6 fluorescent colors 1kg each Yellow, orange, red, pink, blue, green

■Printing plate

・Tetron #50 to #100 are suitable for the screen. Select an emulsion that is water resistant. - When printing on water-repellent fabrics, keep the emulsion thickness as thin as possible. - When printing in large quantities, please reinforce the plate with urethane or water resistance.
