About This Product

For printing Styrofoam food packages such as fish boxes and fresh food boxes.

■Features

・Since there is no danger of catching fire, it is not subject to regulations under the Fire Service Act. -Low odor reduces the burden on workers. ・Can be diluted with water. - Excellent adhesion and water resistance after drying.

■Printing plate

- Polyester 150-250 mesh is suitable for the screen. - Select an emulsion with excellent water resistance and solvent resistance.

■Drying (touch dry time at 200 mesh screen, room temperature 25℃, humidity 60%)

・No dilution, room temperature: about 10 minutes ・70℃ hot air: 5 to 10 seconds ・When diluted by 5% with retarder VZ100, room temperature: 20 to 30 minutes ・70℃ warm air: 10 to 15 seconds

■Cleaning the plate

After printing, quickly spray water onto the plate and wipe it off with a cloth soaked in water. Once dried, the ink will not dissolve in water, so wipe it off with a cloth soaked in Aqua M cleaner. If it still does not dissolve, apply Aqua NY Cleaner to both sides of the printing plate, leave it for 1 to 2 minutes, and then wipe it off with a cloth in the same way.
