About This Product

■Water-based PVC screen ink for general printing that is friendly to people and the environment.

For hanging scrolls, Buddhist paintings, lanterns, general PVC products, wooden products, etc.

■Features

・Since there is no risk of ignition, storage capacity is not regulated. ・Low odor reduces the burden on workers. - Good suitability for high-speed printing of fine patterns. - A glossy and flexible coating. ・Excellent water resistance.

■Printing plate

A polyester 270-300 mesh screen is suitable. Select an emulsion with excellent water and solvent resistance, and keep the emulsion film relatively thin, about 8μ.

■Printing

Be sure to add 0.5% of 9014 antifoam before printing. After addition, the antifoaming effect will gradually decrease, so please use it up within 4 hours. The viscosity is adjusted so that it can be printed as is, but if you want it to be even softer, please dilute it 5-10% with tap water. Also, if you want to slow down the drying process, add 5-10% of Retarder VZ100.

■Drying

・When diluted 10% with water, room temperature: 10-20 minutes ・Jet dryer (60℃): 30-40 seconds ・When diluted by 5% with Retarder VZ100, room temperature: 40 to 60 minutes ・Jet dryer (40℃): 40 to 60 seconds
