About This Product

■A water-based paper ink that has better printability than solvent-based inks and is quick-drying.

For screen paintings, luxury posters, sliding doors, wooden products, etc.

■Applications

High-quality paper, art paper, coated paper, synthetic paper, Japanese paper, Chiyogami, wood, etc.

■Features

・Since there is no risk of ignition, storage capacity is not regulated. ・Low odor reduces the burden on workers. - Excellent printing workability, and there is almost no need to worry about clogging. ・Quick-drying and energy-saving type. ・Excellent water resistance and weather resistance.

■Printing plate

A polyester 270-300 mesh screen is suitable. Select an emulsion with excellent water resistance and solvent resistance, and keep the emulsion film relatively thin.

■Printing

Be sure to add 0.5% of 9014 antifoam before printing. After addition, the antifoaming effect will gradually decrease, so please use it up within 4 hours. The viscosity is adjusted so that it can be printed as is, but if you want it to be even softer, please dilute it 5-10% with tap water. Also, if you want to slow down the drying process, add 5-10% of Retarder VZ100.

■Drying

・When diluted 5% with water, room temperature: 2 to 5 minutes ・Jet dryer (40℃): 20 to 30 seconds ・When diluted 5% with Retarder VZ100, room temperature: 5 to 10 minutes ・Jet dryer (40℃): 40 to 60 seconds
