About This Product

■Equipment required to align processing conditions for roll materials

When rolled up and passed to the next process, the beginning of the roll is reversed in the next process. This would not only make it impossible to manage the processing order, but also cause the equipment to be oriented in the opposite direction, causing confusion on site. To solve this problem, it is necessary to rewind the roll. Additionally, if the rolled material is poorly shaped, the material will not flow properly and the machine will frequently stop or the material itself may be damaged. A rewinder device comes in handy in such cases. In order to make effective use of space, we can also create a composite system in which the winding device has a rewinding function.
