About This Product

■Semi-automatic machine capable of deep drawing with high precision

Ultra-high pressure forming is a type of pressure forming jointly developed by Germany's Niebling and Bayer companies, and its greatest characteristics are accuracy and deep drawing. Unlike painting or film inserts, it is injection molded after forming, so the decorative surface is sandwiched, and it has excellent abrasion resistance, which not only compensates for the weaknesses of conventional plastic decoration methods, but also allows recycling at the same level, providing a solution to the disposal of plastic products, which has become a social issue. In addition, it expands the possibilities of resin molding by being able to mold polyamide and Teflon, which were previously considered difficult to process.

■The most advanced technology of ultra-high pressure molding

① Independent control of IR heaters Both sides of the film are independently controlled with 84 IR heaters (effective 60 x 60 mm) (42 on each side). ② Monitor the temperature distribution just before molding with an IR camera The output of the IR heater is controlled by monitoring the temperature distribution of the film just before molding with an IR camera. (Optional) ③ Setting and managing all molding parameters on the operation panel Temperature, time, and pressure can be centrally managed on the operation panel and checked on a diagram.
