About This Product

■The UV box most suitable for printing exposure of screen plates is an ideal exposure device that has been considered from every angle.Exposure is always performed under constant conditions, such as managing exposure data using an instant-light lamp with excellent illuminance distribution and an integrating light meter, and setting the vacuum time. In addition, since the rubber sheet protects the device during exposure, there is no leakage of ultraviolet rays, allowing you to do other tasks while also being healthy.

■Features・Maintenance-free air-cooled instant-on metal halide lamp.
-Reflector structure with excellent illuminance distribution.
- 10 channels of exposure data can be registered, making it easy to use them according to the thickness and type of emulsion.
・There is no effect due to changes in exposure over time due to the integrated light meter.
- Equipped with an exhaust fan that suppresses temperature rise on the glass surface even during long hours of work.
- Opening and closing of the frame is easy with a damper.
- Box type to shut out leakage of ultraviolet rays.
- Flip-up glass frame structure for easy maintenance.
