About This Product

■ Laser plate making for pad printing

Graving the thin plate plates used in our pad printing machines with laser light. This is the latest system for (cutting) and plate making. Plate making can be done in a short time without using positive film or chemicals.

■Features

・Solid plate making with resolution up to 250lpi ・Halftone 4 color separation with resolution of 175 lines ・The plate has a printing durability of approximately 30,000 times (depending on conditions) ・10mm thick steel version also available ・Strong fiber laser head with IPG 20W (10W for F10 type) ・Dedicated control software Kent VR.01 ・Environmentally friendly as it does not use positive film or chemicals. ・High-speed plate making (about 2/3 hours of etching method) ・Imposed plate making is also possible, contributing to cost reduction (F20) ・The platform uses "dead-on" positioning, which is common to KFNT printing machines. - Can be easily linked to a PC via USB. ・The base of F10 is made of granite to ensure accuracy.
