About This Product

■One hand printing machine for cream solder for mounting can cover everything.・Most boards can be printed, from a maximum of 250 x 330 mm to a back-mounted board with a minimum size of 30 x 40 mm.
・Both printed positioning of the board can be done by edge alignment or resist pin alignment.
・Using a double table for the printing table, alignment with the plate is now extremely easy and reliable.
- The plate frame for automatic machines can be reliably attached up to a maximum of 550 x 650 mm, and the gap between the plate and the substrate can be changed from 0 to 10 mm. Also, heavy plates can be opened and closed easily with the balancer.
- No special jigs are required due to the shape of the board, backside mounting, etc. Various holders can be installed in any position. In addition, a vacuum chuck (OP) is also available to fix warped boards using vacuum force.

・End face matching holder
・Resist pin holder (standard pin diameter 6mm, pin diameter replaceable)
・Squeegee guide (guide plate before and after the board)
