About This Product

■Fully automatic printing machine for thin films

An epoch-making printing machine that achieves high speed, labor savings, and efficiency while maintaining high precision.

■Features

・Easy switching between fully automatic with feeder, automatic with manual feed, and workpiece. - Printing conditions can be set digitally, and frequently used switches are push-button type, making it easy for operators to use the hybrid operation panel. -Repeat printing allows you to call up registered printing conditions with one touch, allowing you to print under the same conditions as last time. - Twin grippers ensure perfect repeatability with precise shuttle motion. ・Since the next workpiece is aligned during printing, there is no lost time and productivity is increased. ・Position confirmation sensor detects positional deviation. - Automatic printing pressure setting device (SPME) allows one-touch squeegee pressure. ・Automatic printing pressure using air pressure and balancer function is also possible. - High lift mechanism of squeegee carriage convenient for setup and cleaning. Cleaning device is optional ・One-side operation that allows all settings to be made from the operator side. (Doctor pressure is optional) - Clear printing results with peel-off settings that can be set arbitrarily. ・The workpiece is vacuum fixed flat on the printing table, so there is no distortion in the pattern. ・Flat coating of ink while holding the plate horizontally. ・The print head can be lifted up by 400mm for convenient plate checking and cleaning. - Separate speed change for rain drip prevention ink wiper, multiple printing, and squeegee doctor. - Off contact (plate interval) amount is digital input and motor drive setting. - Slide loading plate frame, one-touch air clamp. ・Equipped with ultrasonic two-sheet feed detection device as standard. ・Complete static neutralization measures using ion blow and corona discharge. ・Feeder separator with ion blow that is compatible with all kinds of workpieces.
