About This Product

■Features

・Space-saving, 45% less than table sliding type (compared to our company) ・The vertical mechanism keeps the plate horizontal, so there is no one-sided flow of ink on the plate. ・Plate setting is done by slide insertion and one-touch locking using an air cylinder. ・Anyone can perfectly set the squeegee pressure using the automatic setting device (SPME) as standard equipment. ・Squeegee running is controlled by inverter for smooth running and continuously variable speed. ・Through-through structure at the rear of the printing machine that can accommodate large workpieces ・The pressure and switching of the squeegee and doctor is powerful and reliable with a special air cylinder. ・One-touch squeegee stroke with sliding proximity switch ・Safety measures using area sensors ・Double table type fine adjustment mechanism for easy positioning ・The table surface is made of sturdy stainless steel ・Strong vacuum suction with double fan, intensity adjustable ・Same operation as regular size Minomat
