About This Product

■SummaryThe MP6903 is a low voltage drop diode emulator that, when combined with an external switch, replaces a Schottky diode in a high efficiency LLC converter. The chip regulates the forward voltage drop of the external switch to about 70mV and turns off the switch as soon as the voltage goes negative. The MP6903 features a light-load sleep mode that reduces quiescent current to less than 300µA.

・VDD range from 8V to 24V
・Fast turn-off: 20ns total delay
・Switching frequency up to 400kHz
