About This Product

■Summary

The MP6901 is a low voltage drop diode emulator that, when combined with an external switch, replaces a Schottky diode in a high efficiency flyback converter. The chip regulates the forward voltage drop of the external switch to about 70mV and turns off the switch as soon as the voltage goes negative. Choose from space-saving TSOT23-5 or SOIC-8 packages.
