About This Product

■Summary

MP6919 is a fast turn-off intelligent rectifier for flyback converters with integrated 100V MOSFET. Achieves higher efficiency and power density than diode rectifiers. The chip regulates the forward voltage drop of the internal power switch to 40mV and turns off before the drain-source voltage reverses. The device generates its own supply voltage without the need for auxiliary windings. This feature makes it suitable for charger applications with low output voltage requirements or other adapter applications with high-side configurations. An internal ringing detection circuit prevents the MP6919 from accidentally turning on during discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) or quasi-resonant operation. MP6919 is offered in SOIC-8 package.
