About This Product

■Summary

The MP6951 is a secondary side synchronous rectification driver using flip-chip assembly technology for high frequency flyback converters. This device can support flyback converters up to 1MHz.

■Features and benefits

Supports discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), continuous conduction mode (CCM), quasi-resonant (QR), zero voltage switching (ZVS), active clamp flyback, and hybrid flyback (HFB) ・Switching frequency (fSW) up to 1MHz ・Wide output voltage (VOUT) range down to 0V ・No auxiliary winding required for high-side or low-side rectification ・VDS ringing detection prevents false triggering during DCM, QR and ZVS operations ・Operation with logic level MOSFET (GaN and SiC) ・Fast turn-off and turn-on delay ・<300μA quiescent current (quiescent current) ・Supports high-side and low-side rectification ・Provided in TSOT23-6 package
