About This Product

■Summary

MP6976 is a fast turn-off intelligent rectifier for flyback converters with integrated 100V/10mΩ MOSFET. Can replace diode rectifiers to increase efficiency and power density. The chip regulates the forward voltage drop (VFWD) of the internal power MOSFET to 40mV and turns off before the drain-source voltage (VDS) reverses. The MP6976 is offered in a SOIC-8 package.

・Built-in 100V/10mΩ MOSFET ・Wide output voltage (VOUT) range down to 0V ・No need for auxiliary winding for high side (HS) or low side (LS) rectification ・Ringing detection prevents false turn-on during discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) ・Energy Star compliant ・110μA quiescent current (IQ (VDD) ) ・Supports DCM, continuous conduction mode (CCM), and quasi-resonant (QR) operation ・Provided in SOIC-8 package
