About This Product

■Summary

The HFC0100 is a peak current mode controller with green mode operation. Delivering high efficiency across the entire line and load range to meet stringent global energy efficiency requirements. The device integrates a high voltage current source with valley sensing to ensure minimal drain-to-source voltage switching (quasi-resonant operation). When the output power falls below the set level, the controller goes into burst mode. Extensive protection features include thermal shutdown, VCC undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection, overload protection (OLP), and overvoltage protection (OVP). The HFC0100 is available in a compact SOIC-8 package.
