About This Product

■Summary

The MP024-10 is a low cost offline primary side flyback regulator with simple external circuitry. It provides accurate constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) regulation without the use of optocouplers or secondary feedback circuits, and features an integrated 700V MOSFET and high-voltage start-up current source. The MP024-10 operates in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) with variable off-time control. Power-saving technology limits no-load power consumption to less than 30mW. Rich protection features include VCC undervoltage lockout (VCC UVLO), overload protection (OLP), overtemperature protection (OTP), open loop protection (OCkP), sensing short circuit protection (SSP), and overvoltage protection (OVP). The variable switching frequency scheme provides natural spectral shaping to smooth EMI characteristics, making the MP024-10 suitable for offline low-power battery chargers and adapters. MP024-10 is offered in SOIC8-7B package.
