About This Product

■Summary

The MP150 is a primary-side regulator that provides precise constant voltage (CV) regulation without optocouplers and is compatible with buck, buck-boost, and flyback topologies. Integrated 500V MOSFET simplifies structure and reduces cost. These features make it a strong candidate for offline low-power applications such as home appliances and standby power. MP150 is a green mode operating regulator. Both peak current and switching frequency decrease as the load decreases, resulting in superior efficiency performance at light loads and improved overall average efficiency. The MP150 has various protection features such as thermal shutdown (TSD), undervoltage lockout (UVLO) on VCC, overload protection (OLP), short-circuit protection (SCP), and open-loop protection. The MP150 is offered in TSOT23-5 and SOIC8 packages.
