About This Product

■Summary

The MP7752 is an analog input, inductorless class D audio amplifier capable of driving stereo speakers in a bridge-connected load configuration. This is a complete set of MPS's fully integrated audio amplifiers, which significantly reduces the size of the solution by integrating: 240mΩ power MOSFET, pop noise rejection during startup/shutdown, short circuit protection, advanced EMI performance, inductorless with passed EMC test. The MP7752 utilizes a BTL construction capable of delivering 15W per channel to 8Ω speakers from a 16V power supply. MPS' Class D audio amplifiers exhibit the high fidelity of Class AB amplifiers with high efficiency. The MP7752 contains internal circuitry that can automatically shut down the system if no audio signal is detected. This feature is ideal for energy-saving products and battery-powered applications. It also has an adjustable power limit function. The PLIMIT circuit sets a limit on the output peak-to-peak voltage. This is achieved by limiting the duty cycle to a fixed maximum value. You can think of this limit as a virtual voltage rail lower than the power supply connected to PVCC. The MP7752 is offered in a TSSOP-28EP package.
