About This Product

■Summary

The MP7741 is a mono 10W class D audio amplifier. This is one of MPS' fully integrated audio amplifier products, which significantly reduces solution size by integrating: • 250mΩ power MOSFET • Pop noise rejection during startup/shutdown • Short-circuit protection circuit. The MP7741 utilizes a single-ended output structure capable of delivering 10W to an 8Ω speaker. MPS' Class D audio amplifiers exhibit the high efficiency and high fidelity of Class A/B amplifiers. The circuit is based on MPS's proprietary variable frequency topology, which provides excellent linearity, fast response time, and operates from a single supply. The MP7741 has a programmable VDD shutdown voltage by controlling the UVP node voltage. When the UVP pin is NC, the default VDD shutdown voltage is 8.4V.
