About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ20073 includes a DDR memory termination regulator with output voltage (VTT), and the buffered VTTREF output is half of VREF. VTT-LDO is a 2A sink/source tracking termination regulator. It is specifically designed for low cost, low external component count systems where space is at a premium. The MPQ20073 maintains fast transient response with only a 20µF (2 x 10µF) ceramic output capacitor. MPQ20073 supports Kelvin detection function. The MPQ20073 is available in an 8-pin MSOP package with an exposed pad package.

・Guaranteed industrial/automotive temperature range ・VDDQ voltage range 1.3V to 6.0V Built-in up to 2A sink/source linear regulator with accurate VREF/2 voltage divider reference for DDR termination ・Ceramic output capacitor that only requires 20μF ・Drive voltage: 3.3V ・1.3V input (VDDQ) reduces total power consumption Built-in voltage divider to track VREF for VTT and VTTREF ・Kelvin detection (VTTSEN) ・±30mV accuracy for VTT and VTTREF ・Built-in soft start, UVLO, OCL ・Thermal shutdown ・Available in AEC-Q100 certified grade
