About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ2029 is a low power linear regulator that powers systems with high voltage batteries. The MPQ2029 has a wide input voltage (VIN) range of 3V to 40V, low dropout voltage, and low quiescent supply current. Low quiescent current and low dropout voltage enable operation at very low power levels, making the MPQ2029 ideal for low-power microcontrollers and battery-powered equipment. The MPQ2029 offers an adjustable output voltage (VOUT) range of 1.25V to 15V. The regulator's output current (IOUT) is internally limited to protect the IC from short circuits, overloads, and overtemperature conditions. Extensive protection features include thermal shutdown and current limit fault protection. The MPQ2029 is available in a SOIC-8EP package and is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified.
