About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ2013 is a low power linear regulator that powers systems with high voltage batteries. Features a wide 2.5V to 40V input range, low dropout voltage, and low quiescent current. Low quiescent current and low dropout voltage allow operation at very low power levels. This makes the MPQ2013 ideal for low-power microcontrollers and battery-powered equipment. MPQ2013 offers an adjustable output voltage version. The regulator's output current is internally limited, protecting the device from short circuits, overloads, and overtemperature conditions. The MPQ2013 also includes thermal shutdown and current-limit fault protection and is available in a QFN8 (3 x 3mm) package.

・2.5V to 40V input range ・3.2μA quiescent current Stable with low value output ceramic capacitors (> 0.47 µF) ・150mA specified current ・620mV dropout at 150mA load - Available in fixed and adjustable output (1.215V to 15V) versions ・Output accuracy ±2% ・Specified current limit ・Thermal shutdown ・Specified junction temperature range from -40℃ to +125℃ ・TSOT23-5, available in QFN6 (2 x 2mm) or QFN8 (3 x 3mm) packages ・AEC-Q100 Grade 1 compliant
