About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ7230-AEC1 is a fixed frequency, constant current, buck-boost LED driver with integrated power MOSFETs. It provides a compact solution capable of delivering up to 1.2A continuous output current (IOUT) over a wide input voltage (VIN) range with excellent load and line regulation. The MPQ7230-AEC1 can also be configured in buck mode to deliver up to 3A of constant load current. The MPQ7230-AEC1 supports pulse-width modulation (PWM) dimming frequencies up to 10Hz to tune infrared (IR) emissions in LED driver applications. It is also compatible with 30FPS, 60FPS, and 120FPS dimming. Constant frequency hysteresis control mode provides fast transient response without loop compensation. Protection features include overcurrent protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown (TSD). The MPQ7230-AEC1 requires a minimal number of off-the-shelf standard external components and is available in a space-saving QFN-19 (3mm x 4mm) package. Built for a wide range of infrared (IR) LED emission applications ・6V to 42V operating input voltage (VIN) range ・Pulse width modulation (PWM) dimming frequency from 10Hz to 2kHz -Compatible with 30FPS, 60FPS, and 120FPS dimming
