About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ4425M is a high frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down switch mode white LED driver with integrated power MOSFET. It provides an extremely compact power solution with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input voltage range and delivers 1.5A of continuous output current. MPQ4425M employs synchronous mode operation for high efficiency. Current mode operation provides fast transient response and facilitates loop stabilization. Extensive protection features include Transient Current Protection (OCP) and Thermal Shutdown (TSD). The MPQ4425M requires a minimal number of standard off-the-shelf external components and is offered in a space-saving QFN-13 (2.5mm x 3mm) package.

・EMI reduction technology ・Wide operating input range from 4V to 36V ・85mΩ / 50mΩ low RDS (ON) internal power MOSFET ・High efficiency synchronous rectification mode operation - 2.2MHz switching frequency by default ・PWM dimming (minimum 100Hz dimming frequency) ・Forced CCM mode ・0.2V reference voltage ・Internal soft start - LED short circuit, open, and thermal shutdown fault indications ・Overcurrent protection (OCP) by valley current detection ・Thermal shutdown ・Provided in QFN-13 (2.5mm x 3mm) package ・CISPR25 Class5 compliant ・AEC-Q100 Grade 1
