About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ86940 is a monolithic half-bridge with internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. Up to 40A continuous output current (IOUT) can be achieved over a wide input voltage (VIN) range. Integrated MOSFETs and drivers optimize dead time (DT) and reduce parasitic inductance, resulting in higher efficiency. MPQ86940 is compatible with tri-state output controllers. It also includes general purpose current sensing and temperature sensing. The MPQ86940 is ideal for autonomous driving applications where efficiency and compact size are important. The MPQ86940 is available in a TQFN-21 (4mm x 5mm) package.
