About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ4262-AEC1 is a buck-boost converter that integrates two low-side power MOSFETs (LS-FETs). The device can deliver up to 100W peak output power (POUT) over a specified input supply voltage (VIN) supply range with excellent efficiency. MPQ4262-AEC1 is suitable for USB power delivery (PD) applications. It can work well with external USB PD controller through I2C interface. I2C interface and one-time programmable (OTP) memory provide flexible and configurable parameters. Fault condition protection includes CC current limit, output overvoltage (OVP), and thermal shutdown (TSD). The MPQ4262-AEC1 requires a minimal number of standard, readily available external components. Delivered in QFN-20 (3mm x 5mm) package. Available in AEC-Q100 Grade 1.
