About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ4210 is a synchronous 4-switch buck-boost controller that can adjust various output voltages with a wide input voltage range and high efficiency. Featuring an I2C interface that supports VOUT voltage programmability, VOUT slew rate control, and programmability of slew rate control and output constant current limit, the MPQ4210 is suitable for USB Power Delivery (PD) designs with USB Type-C power supplies. The MPQ4210 uses valley current control in buck mode and peak current control in boost mode to provide fast load transient response and smooth buck-boost mode transients. The MPQ4210 offers forced continuous conduction mode (FCCM) and programmable average current limit for flexible designs for a variety of applications. It also features a programmable overcurrent protection (OCP) mode, a programmable overvoltage protection (OVP) mode, and a programmable VINUVLO hysteresis. The MPQ4210 is available in a QFN-27 (5mm x 5mm) package.
