About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ4323C is a programmable frequency (350kHz to 2.5MHz), synchronous rectification step-down switching regulator with internal high-side and low-side power MOSFETs (HS-FET and LS-FET, respectively). The device can achieve high efficiency output current (IOUT) up to 3A with peak current mode control. A wide 3.3V to 36V input voltage (VIN) range and 42V load-dump tolerance support a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments. 1μA shutdown mode quiescent current allows use in battery-powered applications. An open-drain power good (PG) signal indicates whether the output is within 94.5% to 105.5% of its nominal voltage. Frequency foldback prevents the inductor current (IL) from running out of control during start-up. Thermal shutdown provides reliable and fault-tolerant operation. Provides high duty cycle and low dropout mode for automotive cold crank conditions. The MPQ4323C is available in QFN-12 (2mm x 3mm) and QFN-14 (2.5mm x 3.5mm) packages.
