About This Product

■Summary

The MP2602 is a linear, high performance single cell lithium ion battery charger. By integrating high voltage input protection into the charger IC, the MP2602 can withstand input surges up to 28V. The device features constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) charging modes with programmable charging current (85mA to 1A), programmable full battery threshold, thermal protection, battery temperature monitoring, reverse current blocking, and trickle charging. This device also provides the system with an indication of AC adapter power good and charging status. The MP2602 is available in a 10-pin 3mm x 3mm QFN package.
