About This Product

■Summary

The MP2695 is a highly integrated, flexible switch-mode battery charge management device designed for single-cell Li-ion and Li-Polymer batteries used in a wide range of portable applications. MP2695 integrates three battery charging phases: precharge, constant current, and constant voltage charging. The device also manages input power with input current limit adjustment and minimum input voltage adjustment. The I2C interface allows the host to program charging parameters flexibly. You can also read the operational status of the device from the registers. Safety features include input overvoltage protection, battery undervoltage protection, thermal shutdown, and JEITA battery temperature monitoring. The MP2695 is available in a 21-pin QFN (3mm x 3mm) package.
