About This Product

■Summary

The MPM4730 is a synchronous rectifier, 4-switch integrated buck-boost module with an input voltage (VIN) range of 2.8V to 22V. The device regulates the output voltage (VOUT) with high efficiency and includes VOUT scaling and output current (IOUT) limiting. The MPM4730 uses constant on-time (COT) control in buck mode and constant off-time control in boost mode for fast load transient response and smooth buck-boost mode transients.The MPM4730 features automatic pulse frequency modulation (PFM)/pulse width modulation (PWM) or forced PWM switching modes. The device features selectable switching frequency (fSW) and programmable soft-start. Extensive protection features include overcurrent protection (OCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. The MPM4730 is available in an ECLGA-18 (3mm x 3mm) package.
