About This Product

■Summary

The MPM3860 is a fully integrated high frequency synchronous step-down power module with internal inductor. It provides a very compact solution with excellent load and line regulation and delivers 6A continuous output current over a wide input range. The MPM3860 features higher efficiency synchronous rectification mode operation over the output current load range. Constant on-time (COT) control operation provides ultra-fast transient response, easy loop design, and very tight output regulation. Protection features include short circuit protection (SCP), overcurrent protection (OCP), undervoltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. The MPM3860 requires a minimum number of standard off-the-shelf external components and is available in a space-saving QFN-24 (4mm x 6mm) package.
