About This Product

■Summary

MPM38111 is a dual channel DC/DC module. The module is a step-down switch-mode converter with an internal power MOSFET and inductor. The MPM38111 is designed to simplify power system design and be easy to use. The MPM38111 operates from an input voltage of 2.7V to 6V, produces a low output voltage of 0.608V, and has a quiescent current of 45µA, making it ideal for powering portable equipment powered by single-cell lithium-ion (Li+) batteries. The MPM38111 integrates dual 85mΩ high-side switches and 40mΩ synchronous rectification to achieve high efficiency without the use of external Schottky diodes. Peak current mode control and internal compensation require a minimum of readily available external components. Complete protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. The MPM38111 is available in a small, surface-mount QFN-14 (4mm x 4mm x 1.6mm) package.
