About This Product

■Summary

The MPM3606 is a synchronous rectification step-down converter module with an integrated power MOSFET, inductor, and two capacitors. It provides a very compact power solution with only five external components and delivers 0.6A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input voltage range. The MPM3606 operates at a 2MHz switching frequency and provides fast load transient response. An external AAM pin allows selection of power saving mode or forced PWM mode. Complete protection features include overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown. The MPM3606 eliminates design and manufacturing risk while significantly improving time to market. The MPM3606 is available in a space-saving QFN-20 (3mm x 5mm x 1.6mm) package.
