About This Product

■Summary

MPM3833C is a step-down module converter with integrated power MOSFET and inductor. The MPM3833C provides 3A continuous output current with input voltages from 2.75V to 6V with excellent load and line regulation. The MPM3833C operates in forced continuous conduction mode (CCM) and has less than 10mV of voltage ripple on a single output capacitor, making it suitable for optical modules, FGPAs, ASICs, and other applications requiring low ripple noise. Output voltage can be adjusted as low as 0.6V. Only the FB resistor, input capacitor, and output capacitor are required to complete the design. Constant on-time control (COT) mode provides fast transient response, high efficiency, and easy loop stabilization. Protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limit and thermal shutdown. The MPM3833C requires only a minimal number of standard off-the-shelf external components and is available in an ultra-small QFN-18 (2.5mm x 3.5mm x 1.6mm) package.
