About This Product

■Summary

The MPM3650 is a fully integrated high frequency synchronous step-down power module with internal inductor. It provides a very compact solution with excellent load and line regulation and delivers 6A continuous output current with a wide input width. The MPM3650 features synchronous mode operation to achieve higher efficiency across the output current load range. Constant on-time control operation provides very fast transient response, easy loop design, and very tight output regulation. Complete protection features include SCP, OCP, UVP, and thermal shutdown. The MPM3650 requires a minimal number of standard off-the-shelf external components and is available in an ultra-small QFN-24 (4mm x 6mm) package.
