About This Product

■Summary

The MPM3632S is a synchronous step-down mini-module regulator with an integrated power MOSFET, inductor, and two capacitors. It is a compact solution with only input and output capacitors, providing 3A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input voltage range. The MPM3632S operates at a fixed switching frequency of 2.2 MHz and provides constant on-time (COT) control for fast load transient response. Protection features include output overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown. The device eliminates design and manufacturing risks while significantly reducing time to market. The MPM3632S is available in a space-saving ECLGA-10 (3mm x 3mm x 1.45mm) package.
