About This Product

■Summary

The MP1909 is a high frequency, 30V, half-bridge, N-channel power MOSFET driver. The low-side and high-side driver channels are controlled by signal inputs. An internal adaptive dead-time control circuit reduces switching power losses and prevents shoot-through. Both outputs are disabled when the EN pin is pulled low. An integrated bootstrap (BST) diode reduces the number of external components. Undervoltage lockout (UVLO) prevents the IC from operating with insufficient power, and thermal shutdown protection prevents overtemperature (OT) conditions. The MP1909 is available in an 8-pin SOT583 (1.6mm x 2.1mm) package.
