About This Product

■Summary

The MP1907A is a high frequency, 100V, half-bridge, N-channel power MOSFET driver. The low-side and high-side driver channels are independently controlled and matched with less than 5ns time delay. Undervoltage lockout (UVLO) on both the high-side and low-side supplies forces the output low in the event of insufficient power supply. Both outputs remain low until a rising edge on either input is detected. An integrated bootstrap diode reduces the number of external components. The MP1907A is available in a QFN-10 (3mm x 3mm) package.

・Drives half-bridge N-channel MOSFET ・100V VBST voltage width ・On-chip bootstrap diode ・Typical propagation delay time of 20ns ・Gate drive mismatch time less than 5ns - Drives 1nF loads with 12ns/9ns rise/fall times and 12V VDD ・TTL compatible input - Quiescent current less than 150μA ・Shutdown current less than 1μA ・UVLO for both high side and low side ・Provided in QFN-10 (3mm x 3mm) package
