About This Product

■Summary

The MP1917A is a high frequency, half-bridge, N-channel power MOSFET driver. Its low-side and high-side driver channels are independently controlled and matched with less than 5ns time delay. Undervoltage lockout (UVLO) on both the high-side and low-side supplies forces the output low in the event of insufficient power supply. An integrated bootstrap (BST) diode reduces the number of external components. The MP1917A is available in a QFN-10 (4mm x 4mm) package.

・Drives N-channel MOSFET half bridge ・115V bootstrap voltage width ・On-chip bootstrap diode ・20ns typical propagation delay ・Gate driver mismatch time less than 5ns - Drives a 2.2nF load with 15ns rise time and 12ns fall time at 12V VDD ・TTL compatible input - Quiescent current less than 150 µA ・UVLO for both high-side and low-side gate drivers ・QFN-10 (4mm x 4mm) package
