About This Product

■Summary

The MP18024 is a high frequency, 100V, half-bridge, N-channel power MOSFET driver. Its low-side and high-side driver channels are independently controlled and matched with less than 5ns time delay. Undervoltage lockout features on both the high-side and low-side supplies force the output low in the event of insufficient power supply. An integrated bootstrap (BST) diode reduces the number of external components.

・Drives N-channel MOSFET half bridge ・100V VBST voltage width ・On-chip bootstrap (BST) diode ・20ns typical propagation delay ・Gate drive matching in less than 5ns - Drives a 2.2nf load with 15nm rise time and 12ns fall time on 12v VDD ・TTL compatible input ・Static current less than 150μA ・UVLO for both high side and low side ・SOIC8E package
