About This Product

■Summary

The MP18021A is a high frequency, 100V, half-bridge, N-channel power MOSFET driver. The low-side and high-side driver channels are independently controlled and matched with less than 5ns time delay. Undervoltage lockout features on both the high-side and low-side supplies force the output low in the event of insufficient power supply. An integrated bootstrap (BST) diode reduces the number of external components.

・Drives N-channel MOSFET half bridge ・100V VBST voltage range ・On-chip bootstrap (BST) diode ・Typical propagation delay time of 16ns ・Gate drive matching in less than 5ns ・Drives 1nf load with 12ns/9ns rise/fall time with 12V VDD ・TTL compatible input - Quiescent current less than 150μA ・UVLO for both high side and low side ・SOIC8E and QFN8 (3 × 3mm) package
