About This Product

■Summary

The MP18021 is a high frequency, 100V, half-bridge, N-channel power MOSFET driver. Its low-side and high-side driver channels are independently controlled and matched with less than 5ns time delay. Undervoltage lockout on both high-side and low-side supplies forces the output low in the event of insufficient power supply. An integrated bootstrap (BST) diode reduces the number of external components.

・Drives N-channel MOSFET half bridge ・100V VBST voltage width ・On-chip bootstrap diode ・Typical propagation delay time of 16ns ・Gate drive matching less than 5ns - 12V VDD drives a 1nF load with 12ns / 9ns rise/fall times ・TTL compatible input - Quiescent current less than 150μA ・UVLO for both high side and low side ・SOIC8 EPAD package
