About This Product

■Summary

Ultra-low noise, low dropout, high PSRR linear regulator. The output voltage range of the MP20041 is 1.2V to 3.6V in 100mV increments, and it operates with an input of +2.5V to +6.0V with an accuracy of 1%. The MP20041 can deliver up to 300mA of load current on each channel. The MP20041 uses an internal PMOS as a pass element and consumes 114μA of supply current (both LDOs on) under no-load conditions. The EN1 and EN2 pins control their respective outputs. When both channels are shut down at the same time, the chip turns off and consumes near-zero operating current, which is suitable for battery-powered devices. MP20041 features current limiting and overtemperature protection.
